Rentals and Administration

Our Residential Rentals Division caters for both short-term and long-term rentals, servicing a wide range of markets, from family accommodation to corporate relocation needs. Available rentals are marketed extensively through our company office network, website and the media, and lessors are provided with an efficient administration service according to their requirements. Many of the properties within the portfolio are administered on behalf of absentee landlords, whereby the Rentals Division is entrusted to screen applicants, do credit checks, and take instruction in respect of legal and maintenance matters. The Rentals Division is also able to assess relevant properties and determine possible rental returns. |
